Terms of Service

Effective date: 2026-05-20 Last updated: 2026-05-20

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Lumin Android application (“App”) and the related signal-delivery and order-execution services (collectively, the “Service”), operated by an individual developer based in India (the “Operator”, “we”, “us”). By installing, opening, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not install or use the App.

1. Eligibility

You may use the Service only if you:

2. What the Service is — and is NOT

The Service is a signal-delivery and trade-automation utility. It surfaces algorithmically-generated trading signals derived from market-structure analysis of Binance USDT-M futures pairs, and (optionally, at your election) automates the placement of orders matching those signals on your existing Binance Futures account.

The Service is NOT:

Signals provided through the Service are informational only and are NOT personalised investment advice. You alone decide whether and how to act on any signal. You alone are responsible for any trading losses you incur.

3. Account and Binance API key

To use the optional auto-execution feature, you provide a Binance API key generated by you on the Binance platform. The API key you provide MUST be:

You are solely responsible for:

We are not responsible for losses caused by an improperly configured API key (e.g. withdrawal-enabled, not IP-whitelisted) or by changes you make on the Binance platform without revoking the key here first.

4. Subscription, billing, and cancellation

Signals, price levels (entry, stop-loss, take-profit), and analysis are free. Paid subscriptions unlock trade-automation tools only, in two monthly tiers: Assist (one-tap order placement) and Auto (hands-off automated order placement). These tools act on your own connected exchange account using your own API keys; Lumin never holds or has withdrawal access to your funds, and you are responsible for the trades placed. The tools are software functionality, not financial, investment, or trading advice.

Subscriptions are sold and billed through Google Play Billing. By purchasing, you authorise Google Play to charge the applicable price (shown in the App at the time of purchase) on a recurring monthly basis. Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price until you cancel. Payment is charged to your Google Play account at confirmation of purchase and at the start of each renewal period.

You may cancel at any time through Google Play › Subscriptions; cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not refund partial periods unless required by applicable consumer law; refunds for Google Play purchases are subject to Google Play’s refund policies.

5. Acceptable use

You must not:

6. Risk acknowledgement

Crypto futures trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. The value of cryptocurrencies fluctuates rapidly and unpredictably. Leverage amplifies both gains and losses, and you may lose all funds you deploy.

You acknowledge and accept that:

You agree NOT to deploy funds you cannot afford to lose.

7. Operational disclaimers

We make no warranty that:

The Service is provided AS IS and AS AVAILABLE, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of certain damages, so the above may not fully apply to you.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Operator from any claim, damage, loss, liability, cost, or expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from (a) your use of the Service, (b) your violation of these Terms, (c) your violation of any applicable law, or (d) your violation of any third-party right, including any Binance term of service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason — including but not limited to violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, regulatory requirement, or our decision to discontinue the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases; surviving sections include the risk acknowledgement, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing-law clauses.

You may terminate your own account at any time via the in-app “Delete account” option (Settings → Account) or by emailing mulakapati446@gmail.com.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be presented to you via the App’s first-run consent gate; continued use of the App after re-acceptance constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. The courts of Hyderabad, Telangana, India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising under these Terms, except where applicable consumer-protection law gives you the non-waivable right to bring proceedings in your country of residence.
